Use: Creates a link that allows surfers to click to report a page in a site which is offensive.
Can also be used as a "vote for this page" link by changing the messages.

The link is stored in a table that you can run reports on (not included).

Updated to allow a user-commment and also email the webmaster (optional).

Example of use:.Place in the template of your site and a link will show to click on, a thank-you message shows in place of the link once submitted.

All changes are backward compatible with older versions. Feel free to update your existing code, but you will need to manually add the coments field to your existing table using phpMyAdmin. New installations are no problem.
