This snippet adds a submission form for Majordomo mailinglists (others types as well?) to a website. The user enters his/her name and email adress and is then automatically subscribed to the mailing list (format: email adress (last name, first name)).

This snippet is based on Tony Summerville's EmailForm snippet.
