I've designed a slight variance from the stock ReduxPro template for use with my company's website which I'm going to be making live in a few weeks.

looks nice.....

but how would u choose the groups? or are those groups essentially folders?

This is a nice template...reminiscent of the default Alexis Pro Redux but the purple makes it neater. I like how you have the tabs arranged horizontally on top too.

Those seperated menu's are unpublishedfolders, and you call them with menubuilder :P
