Czech translation for Etomite 0.6, final version 1.0.0 (oficial) for three character sets:

czech-win.inc.php for character set Windows 1250
czech-iso.inc.php for character set ISO-8859-2
czech-utf8.inc.php for character set Unicode UTF8

Files uploading to yourdomain/manager/includes/lang/ , iclude file help.htm with czech help

File czech-comment.php include czech translation with comment in the english at character set ISO-8859-2
Determine them for check rightness translation.
