There are two css files:

One for structure, and one for the color scheme, to simplify your customization.

To be modified for Etomite, I changed the code a bit, and used the following snippets:

ListGlobal
ListMenu
SimpleListMenu

Here's the thread that has the codes for the blue one you liked so much. Yes, they are freely available. If anyone posts a completed template to share in the 'Completed Templates' forum, they are there for you to use!
