To me it is necessary Snippet for the horizontal menu.
I should place them as the menu is shown on a picture 1 and 2, with an opportunity of editing of sections of it{this}.

Also to me it is necessary Snippet, by means of which I could deduce the temporary information (advertising, banners, links to other sites), it will be is as on figures figure 3.

I ask you to help.

Have a look through the snippet library - there are snippets in there to do what you need.

Most of the existing unordered list based menu snippets can be either vertical or horizontal based on CSS settings...
