Hi,

i'm making a template for Etomite 0.6.1... and have some problems with the menu.
It's displayed like this:
Untitled documentEtomite CMSTemplatesSite statisticsSite MapSearch this site

when i want it to be like this:
- Untitled document
-Etomite CMS
-Templates
-Site statistics
-Site Map
-Search this site

And how can i include arrows on the left before each menu item?
like the arrows in New-E?

I've tried with this in the CSS Code:
display: block;

but it still don't work..

can anybody help me?

Have you tried adding <br /> into the php of the menubuilder snippett? (Or possibly <br /><br />)

Pick out the output lines and add the <br />'s before the close mark '.

Trial and error will soon get the list looking as you want it. Just remember where you put them so that you can take them back out again if not right.

(Assuming nothing is wrong with your snippett of course.)

I hope this helps.

Paul

Just noticed your question about the arrows. Sorry.
Try editing your stylesheet LI elements, where you can define the bullet or image to use as your bullet (I think menubuilder uses LI, it might not htough thinking about it. Alternatively if you just want a -> type arrow, add the arrow into the php of menubuilder, again like the <br />, a bit of trial and error will soon get it in the right place.

I wouldn't use the MenuBuilder snippet if I had to style it for a new template. I'd go for something list-based like ListMenu. A list-based menu is much easier to style.
