Notice: Use of undefined constant E_NONE - assumed 'E_NONE' in manager\media\xinha\plugins\ImageManager\config.inc.php on line 20

MySQL 4.1, IIS 6, PHP5

Has anyone seen this before?

Is this a Javascript error by chance...??? What browser, complete with release number, are you using when you get this error...???
