EtoGalList is redundant; EtogalThumb having much more flexibility in how to build the list, what it can contain, and how it is displayed. An example EtoGalThumb style for a list is given in the EtoGalList thread (which warned it was being dropped) at http://www.etomite.com/index.php?showtopic=4969

I've added my most recent generic version of EtoGalSearchForm to the EtoGal files thread
