I just installed Etomite. At the risk of sounding lazy or redundant, can some one please point me a link on how one can insert affiliate ads (e.g. Google Adsense) into the template. For example, in my experimental site (http://www.uniquize.com/) using Andreas07 template, the right-hand column of the page is empty. So this would be a good place for ads.

Thanks!

Either code it into the template or insert it as a chunk and put the chunk where you want the ads.

Which template (or part of template) comprise the aforementioned right-hand side of the page? I'm using Andreas07 but -- if possible -- I would like to be able to switch templates w/o affecting the ads. Also, can I do this via the online Manager -- or do I have to hack the code, say using Notepad, and then upload?

There isn't any area in the right-hand - you'd need to create it.

Where (which file do I edit)? Link(s) to resource(s) on this specific topic would be handy)?

Thx.

you edit the template within the manager.

you should take a look at the etomite documentation for help on editing templates etc.

If there is no template for the right side, I'm not sure how to proceed. Sorry -- this is due my unfamiliarity with php CMS's.

I noticed the etomite.com site is running Google Ads on the right-hand side. Is a snippet being used here (e.g. http://www.etomite.c...?int_snipid=189)?

You can try ad networks like cj, reachjunction.. I like that.
