I think this is a TinyMCE problem...maybe not.
Using Etomite 6.1 final pl3 prelude on a linux server, of course tinyMCE editor.

When I use the Insert/Edit Link button to add a link to a named anchor on the page, it reads correct in the pop up window, but after it is saved the link is wrong.

What it looks like in the popup window when setting it...

After click update (closes window) and open the Insert/Edit Link window again...
Link URL: /#emotional

Which sends them to the index file for the site.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

It was working fine. Then we changed the domain name for the site/hosting account. Everything swithced over fine except for this. Could a switch have caused the error somehow?
