G'day,
My question is simple. Which PHP integrated development environment do you use?
What other did you try?
Why did you decide on the one you use?
Best Regards, Lloyd Borrett.

I found, downloaded and have been trying this PHP (and others) editor.
It is intuitive to use (for me) and free (for non-commercial use). Highlights paired containers, code hinting, debugging...
PHP Designer 2007 from mpsoftware.dk

As I'm a beginner with php i had no use for a full blown php-ide till now.
I normally use Notepad++ (OpenSource) as php-editor which at least overs syntax highlighting and auto-completition.
But recently i discovered DevPHP (OpenSource) which is also available as Portable App and features way more bells and whistles.

I tried Zend Studio, Dreamviewer. Zend has all features of good php editor.
Recently was suggested Codelobster php edition, as for free editor - good enough. I use it now. It reminds me Zend. With debugger. You can download it from www.codelobster.com.
Dreamviewer is only text editor. No debugger.

I use Aptana. Open Source based on Eclipse. Needed to change some settings and now works perfectly for me. The Community Edition is Free!
