Howdy folks, long time no see... hope everyone is doing well :D

I found a couple of issues when attempting to alter my profile information here, nothing major but a few small quirks to maybe make a note of.... dont know if they are known or not, but i wanted to have a reason to post anyway ...lol

1. the gender - even after saving it goes to Not Telling

2. my messenger address gets clipped off, looks to be a limit on the characters

address is: breezer_frsbuilders@hotmail.com

gets clipped off at breezer_frsbuilders@hotmail.co

apparently the input is set to 30 characters max... i know that is a long username anyway but the box is way longer.... ;)

Hi Breezer...

Thanks Dean, it wasnt a big deal at all i was just letting you know... but i do appreciate you fixing it B)

If you changed it from an internal admin panel and it worked for you, then the database accepts more characters than the input field. Check the maxlength on that input field and I bet thats the culprit

edit: after removing all my saved messages and sent items, now my message count in the top link row shows I have -1 messages.

looks like some cosmetics need to be looked at by the IPBoard folks....

Yeah, the negative messages is a known bug, which they reckon they have fixed!
