Manage resources tab - then Manage templates tab. Paste the template markup into a new template and save.

There are some templates that include CSS files, additional chunks, included snippets etc.
These need to be FTP'd to the Templates folder where they will then be avaliable from the Publish tab in the document to be saved.

Manager>Create Document or Edit document >tabs [Content][Identification][Publishing][Permissions]
Please take some time to have a play in the manager, it'll be worth it, lots of cool stuff!
