Problem in Firefox FCKedit not displaying buttons in Firefox

I've been using FCKedit with no problems through two upgrades etc etc. Today I noticed that no editor buttons are displayed (using, as I usually do Firefox. Last time I edited a page was a week or so back.) All is OK in IE. I have tried a fresh download from the Etomite site, and also the modified latest version of FCKedit posted in these forums: same issue.

I'm not sure when Firefox last updated, as I have it configured to do so automatically. The current version is 2.0.0.4

Anyone else having problems with this?

Paul

Have you tried clearing your FF Cache?

No - but I have now and it sorted the issue. Thanks!

Any idea why this happened now, or anything to avoid in future. (Obviously if it happens again I'll clear the cache straight away...)

Thanks for the prompt push in the right direction.

Paul

Several Firefox Plug-in's can cause conflicts with other Plug-in's or even third party softwares using Javascript... The Firefox development team does not guarantee that plug-in's will be flawless... That isn't to say for certainty that it is a plug-in problem, however...

It could be that it had cached the FredCK Editor Files and they had become corrupted; the main thing is that it is working ok now ;-)
