I can't find a bugfix for the problem within keyword manager.
So here it is, now you can add/edit/delete keywords.

I'm not entirely certain if there is an official copy kicking around so I have posted the revision that will be in the 0.6.1.5 bugfix release here... I haven't compared the differences between this one and the one posted above but I know this one has been testing in multiple working environments and found to be stable... This file is located within your Etomite code base in the manager/actions/dynamic/ subdirectory...
