Access Permissions are not activated.

This is what is written on Users -> Permissions...
I think that this is y i dont have a login page in my INDEX page... no...?

pliz help me fokes? ;]

You have to activate Acces Permissions in your configuration settings...

If you are looking to have a front-end login you need to configure that yourself with a login snippet... It is not automatic like you are implying... The back-end manager and the front-end site are totally separate from each other...
