I'm interested in the Etomite CMS but haven't deployed an evaluation site yet. I'm impressed with the user access control where you have people who can review, or edit, or not touch content.
Can you also prevent certain users from seeing some content, ie it is hidden to them if they do not have access permission?

Yes, that is very much possible. I use it e.g. to create a members-only part for my sites
