Etomite does reside in the root, right?
I'd guess by using the full url (like http://www.yoursiteo...ect/index.html) from etomite. You wouldn't even have to export the site to html.

not really - i have to export my project because there are a lot other project like i wrote, which are not inside Etomite and i cant use etomite on the Webserver i upload to.
But anyway - how to get that folder inside Etomite without using the index.php?ID=xyz String.

You can't force Etomite to add the external content into the dynamic menu system automatically, but there are several work-arounds...
You could create a link in the menu that points to the first external page and then have that page control the rest of the pages... This section would then run external to the Etomite template, however...
You could always copy and paste the existing documents into Etomite so they get regenerated as part of the export process - which might be the easiest solution if you want these reosurces to be integral parts of your Etomite theme...
As a last resort you could find a server where you actually have enough features to run Etomite... There can't be many servers left out there that can't run Etomite...
