Hi there....
I experience that my MySQl keeps growing and growing and my site doesn't get more pages ...(one is created and one are deleted and all the responding assets)
Right now I can't see anything under the system info....
Are the all the statistics that are filling up the Db?
Which "best practice" are there on the etomite maintenance?

Personally, I don't use the etomite logging within etomite; it will grow a database large in a short period of time...

Hi Wiper,
This may be more a measure of basic DB maintenance. When records are "deleted" from your DB the space the data occupied isn't actually relinquished (given back) to the operating system. The RDBMS is greedy and reserves that space for its own use in the future. You must specifically tell your RDBMS to give that space back. In MySQL that specific procedure is called OPTIMIZING your databases.
Use your favorite DB management tool (like phpmyadmin or something) and OPTIMIZE your MySQL databases occasionally. You MIGHT find you get some of your space back.
If not, then "Your LOGS are your HOGS" as we like to say
Cheers,
Randy
