I have a means to pick and chose what keywords I want applied to each page. I am not able to figure out how to set up initial keywords.

If I need to RTFM please point me in the right direction.

A bit of the "Famous" manual can do no harm

In your site Manager go for the tab Recources

At the botom of the drop down menu you will find you Keywords

Or you can click on Recources ->Manage Resources
and find the keywords in the last right TAB in the displayed screen

a search of the forums will get let you know that there is s keywords bug that requires yu either 1) add a keyword manually in the keywords table or 2) update this file. Once you do either, keywords will work as expected.
