Hey Guys,
I have the latest release of Etomite installed using PHP 5.2.5, MYSQL 5.0.51a, and Apache 2.2.8 running on Windows XP. I am using Etomite to run an internal website for my company that walks call center employees through the steps for troubleshooting customer technical issues with our online systems, and am using the Mollio Type-D template for its clean design.
The Mollio Type-D template utilizes two side bars that I really like for displaying a static message to the user (like "call x4357 for the Help Deskâ€, etc). For the life of me I cannot edit the text in those sidebars. I have edited the MollioEtomite and MollioTemplates entries in the etomite_site_htmlsnippets table, but the text inside the boxes does not update. I even tried creating my own entry and then calling that from the template in place of the "RelatedInfo" call in the actual Type-D template HTML... Nothing.
I do not need this text to be Dynamic or do anything special. I simply wish to alter the current text in those sidebar boxes. Where is it located, what do I need to edit to display new text in those boxes?
Sorry if this question is a little green, I am obviously not a programmer, but I can sometimes work through things on my own. I am at a loss, I have edited everything I can find to edit, but cannot get the default text to change. Thanks for the help in advance!

Log into the manager, and then click Manage Resources, then look in the mollio template - it'd either be there, or it would show {{chunkname}} where the chunkname is listed between the { and } that you need to modify.
Then Click Clear Site Cache.
Then Click Clear Site Cache.

When you edit the info directly in your table, the cache is not rebuilt.
Change the info in your manager/chunks/mollio_etomite and manager/chunks/mollio_templates files.
When you save the chunk, the cache will be rebuilt and the changes will flow through.
