Hi,

I've got a couple of issues that aren't clear to me regarding the use of the mollio theme.

1. I'm trying to use mollio typeD (div on right, main box on left) but there's no clear way to edit anything that appears in the right div. Menus don't show up there. Just the default text. TinyMCE edits only the main div.

2. I'd like to be able to use the styles defined in Mollio within tinymce, but setting the css path from document root in the Etomite Configuration appears to do nothing. Is this not possible?

3. I'd like to be able to set a single site-wide theme with each new page/folder/etc. Is this possible?

3. Yes set each page manually, set the default template type in the manager settings, or use the change templates snippet to permanently change all templates using template x to template y.
