This is modified registration form. All credit should go to Cas, as I simply downloaded the original registration form and improved upon it.

These are only a few of the modifications on this version:

• Added redirect page option after successful registration
  
• Added the option to change the role management id
  
• Modified the HTML output when errors are submitted

Todos:

• Use Captcha to improve security
  
• Add admin notification option for each new registrant
  
• Include option by admin to accept/deny registration
