Hi

A developer installed and set up Etomite for a customer of mine. The developer has disappeared and is not around to help me.

Neither I, as administrator, nor the customer can get in to the manager. The password appears to be correct for both logins and no error message is received when attempting to log in. The page simply reloads itself with login and password intact. No access to the manager.

Waht could paossibly be wrong?

How can I fix it?

This is becoming urgent and any help or advice is appreciated.

The only thing I could suggest would be to enable custom sessions in the /manager/includes/config.inc.php file

Worst case scenario, PM me any login spec's including FTP and I'll attempt to locate the source of the problem...

Thank you Ralph. All resolved.

Site caching used up the available spcae and stopped the Site Manager from working. Now that this has been cleared up it is all OK again.

Superb support.

Thank you again. :)
