I am using a Mollio template and I really want to include some java script functions within the <body>, </body> tags. Unfortunatelly, I cannot access them, when I try to view the source I get a message that the source is not yet cached, altough in the publishing area it is checked 'cached'. Also I am using a newslisting snippet on that page.

Don't confuse the Etomite cache with your browser agent cache... I get that error all the time in Firefox but am still able to view the source... If this was an Etomite issue you would be having other problems, most likely... One thing you could try is to use a non-caching snippet call by surrounding the snippet with [!snippet!] instead of [[snippet]] to see if that makes a difference... Also, are you trying to place the JS code in the page template, snippets, chunks, or directly in the document...??? You cannot embed JS code directly within documents...
