Hi!

I've tried to make a 301 redirect with the .htaccess file from an old page to a new one with search friendly URLs enabled like this:

Redirect 301 /obertauern-webcam-hotel.php http://www.luerzerho...obertauern.html

unfortunaley it works only, when i work with the index.php?id=XX
Redirect 301 /obertauern-webcam-hotel.php http://www.luerzerho...index.php?id=72

Can you tell me why i can't use the alias for my redirect.

THANKS

You may need a more complex regexp in your .htaccess in order to use aliases... Of course, .htaccess doesn't know how to convert an alias back into a document id if required...
