Has anyone been able to duplicate this menu in a snippet?

I started with the proDrop2 snippet and tried to modify, but couldn't figure out how to tell the snippet where to start multi-level columns in the pull down.

Here is an example of what I'm trying to do:

Nope... Nothing that fancy... I did a simpler cssplay drop menu for my son a couple years ago which was much more basic than that... I wrote it in a few minutes while we were chatting on Yahoo while he we were both working... He was shocked by how fast I got it done... Even though he was laid off due to the economy and business downturn shortly after that the company still uses that same menu...

That layout would be an interesting challenge, to say the least...
