ManageUsers-User-tabPermissions without contents

Tab [Etomite Manager - Manage Users - User - tabPermissions] is without contents.
See screenshot, please. Attached Image: Etomite.ManageUsers.User.tabPermissions.png
I had this complication in all installations of Etomite for several hosting.
