1.1 Deprecated In Php 5.3?

Hello
I get this message:
"Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/virtual/mySite.com/public_html/manager/includes/browsercheck.inc.php on line 19"
When trying to login into the manager.
I think the webserver recently is updated to php 5.3, and this is causing the trouble.
If this is correct, is there any plans for making etomite php 5,3 combatible?
